Stuck Profile

Had a visit from a very nice Openreach man yesterday who cleared our fault and got the DS noise margin down from the 24db that it was stuck at to a more normal 6db.
When he left, my modem was syncing at 20Mbps DS and 1Mbps US, but the most I could achieve on a speedtester was the same 5.4Mbps DS, 256kbps US that I've been suffering with for the last month.  A call to support resulted in the agent enabling interleaving and reducing the US sync to 448kbps instead of fixing my IP profile - I'm still throttled on speedtests at 5.4Mbps DS, 256kbps US.
Is anyone from PN able to take a look and get my profile unstuck, please?  High speed broadband page has my line speed at 5.8Mbps when it's been syncing at 20Mbps for over a day with zero errors.

If you can log into your router and disconnect then reconnect you should see a improvement.
