Stuck Plusnet Profile - again

Hi,
My Plusnet profile seems to be stuck again... My line has been stable for quite a few days but the plusnet site is still showing:
Current line speed:
2 Mb
Bt Speedtest:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 1.8 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.6 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.

Any chance you can look into this for me please as another 2mb linespeed is quite an increase for me.

Sorted that for you.
FYI we only received that line report earlier today so we should have processed it within the next few hours.

Very fast customer service as always. I think my plusnet profile speed has been sat on 2mb for around 5 days now as my sync was above 5mb at one point but the profile didnt move.
