Hi, I believe my IP profile is stuck. The max speed I've been able to get for weeks is up to 3.5Mbps however I've run a BT wholesale test which says my IP profile is 5.39Mbps. Could someone take a look into this please? Thanks
Hi Chewie The IP profile seems ok but you are getting a lot of drops in your connection. I've checked over this and it looks like there's a setting on your line which isn't right so I've placed a couple of orders to resolve this which should take 24 hours to complete. I've also sent you a ticket with a bit of information about this. Let us know how you get on.
