Hi, After a fault was repaired yesterday by BT engineer my profile seems to be stuck. The router has been connected now since 1pm yesterday and the PN profile is still at 0.03 Mb. BT Checker results are----- Download speedachieved during the test was - 0.2 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 15.26 Mbps.
Can someone at Plusnet give this a nudge to change this.

I can see in the connection settings that it is now 15.2 Mb but download is still very slow. I was using wireless and have now tried an Ethernet wired connection but this has made no difference at all. Does this updated IP profile take effect right away or do i have to reboot the router?
