Stuck BT profile

Howdy!
A referral has a BT profile of 2Mb (according to speedtester.bt.com). They were previously on a Tiscali 2Mb plan but since switched to PN over a year ago now has a sync of 8128. It looks like the BT profile hasn't been told that its now an up to 8Mb rather than a fixed speed.
They put in a fault report (ticket 62057764) on Friday but there's been no change. I assume the "24 hours" are working days hours and not real time?

DLM manages your line the same way DRM manages your rights.

Sorry for the delayed response, it looks like the ticket has been picked up and hopefully that's resolved now.

Yep, a healthy profile of 7.15Mb now.
It could/should be made clearer that the tickets won't be picked up over the weekend however. </feedback>
