Stuck ADSL profile

Hello, We have been synced at 3008 for the past 34 days but speed tests still show us having a 2mb profile when it should be 2.5mb. We have been having problems where if 2 computers are using the internet at the same time then the internet slows down a lot. Is it possible for you guys to contact BT and get this stuck profile fixed?

Your profile updated at 2014-12-04 03:58:19 - can you log in to the router and do a single disconnect/reconnect? Let me know what speeds you're seeing on a speedtest after doing this.

Ah good, I did as you said and we are now on 2.5mb once again, So the problem was our end, thanks for the help!

Does this indicate that the profile update - drop PPP interlock thought to be fixed is still failing?  Wink

It does indeed, but the person looking in to it isn't in the office this week. I've got a few things to pick up with him when he's back.
