Ok leave the firewall don't touch i, if you go to network settings and find the ps4 click in it u can set that to stay in that IP address also make sure that is on the dmz and u r away I hope this helps, also I have just changed to a bt home hub 2.0 and it is much easier to put the ps4 on to dmz on that any problems private message me also if h want to add me on psn send me a message.boatman1961
