Are you able to create a ping graph so we can see if anything is happening on your line?

Hi Jockwave,
don't know if you're aware but there is no cost involved. You're not committed to anything, either, as far as I can see. It just allows your latency to be monitored and you can stop it at any time

Does the buffering happen all the time or just at certain times of the day? If so the above test when it's happening and when it isn't would help.
What quality of video's are you trying to watch?
