Are you able to create a ping graph so we can see if anything is happening on your line?

I had a look at that & it says i have to create an account on think broadband?,don,t really want to do that.

Hi Jockwave,
don't know if you're aware but there is no cost involved.  You're not committed to anything, either, as far as I can see.  It just allows your latency to be monitored and you can stop it at any time

Could you run the BBC iPlayer diagnostic test and post the results please: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/diagnostics
Does the buffering happen all the time or just at certain times of the day? If so the above test when it's happening and when it isn't would help.
What quality of video's are you trying to watch?

I just did that iplayer test. How come I can only stream at 20mb when my connection is 59mb?

It looks like you haven't set your router up to respond to pings.
