I have accepted the fact that my broadband should be a lot faster than it is and I will probably never see it, but I am still having strange things happen. 1. 12/5/2011 My sync was 10840 @ 7500 speed. 2. 12/5/2011 I took the router out of the test socket and put the face plate back on, sync was 10873@ 9400 speed. 3. 13/5/2011. The next day without any disconnects the speed was still 9400, then a few hours later still with no disconnects the speed dropped to 8500, which it still is today. 4. Had 4 peer terminations yesterday sync still 10873 @ 8500. When I disconnect my router the DLM kicks in and normally gives me a lower speed but in this case it gave me a 2Mb increase, then for no reason at all dropped me by 1Mb. It is good BT are doing the ADSL2+ upgrades for a lot of people but if the case is they are having problems they should say so instead of letting everybody think it is there set up. sows ear, silk purse springs to mind.
