Strange RouterStats graph.

I'm only posting this out of curiosity, as it seemed to rectify itself, as can be seen in the last two snapshots.

I noticed RS had gone to '0.0' around 1127, something it has a habit of doing, so I went to manually stop and restart, and noticed the strange activity at the beginning of the first snapshot. Kept my eye on the system tray icon, and noticed the regular pattern.

Thinking maybe something had developed a problem, I turned all electrical appliancesRx_Noise_margin_(dB)-2020Mar01-0925.jpgRx_Noise_margin_(dB)-2020Mar01-1322.jpgRx_Noise_margin_(dB)-2020Mar01-1701.jpgRx_Noise_margin_(dB)-2020Mar01-2042.jpgRx_Noise_margin_(dB)-2020Mar01-2134.jpg off, but this had no effect, so it was nothing in my home environment. As it wasn't affecting my connection, I ignored it, and as can be seen, it went away as mysteriously as it started.
