Hi,
I'm a relatively new customer and my speed has been roughly 2.8-3meg down. Not great but expected.
Since the storms earlier this week it's reduced to 1.8meg down - this is enough to really impact Lovefilm, Iplayer etc..
Can anything be done?
thanks

Yes, something can be done - I can see you're on with that and have started the faults wizard. If the drops stop the speeds should pick up, but chances are there's a joint in the cable somewhere that's either affected by the wind or the rain. It'd be worth pursuing a fault to get that sorted for sure.
Have you noticed any noise on the line at all when the connection begins to drop? If so it might be worth progressing this as a phone fault rather than broadband, but I think there's a question in the faults wizard about that.
