Still waiting for response.!!!

      Line has been slow like this since 28/10/2011 and appears to be stuck.  I have tried a couple of router resets,the last reset at
22.40 on the 12/11/2011. The previous reset on the 05/11/2011 after line had been stable for 6 days. Both resets have shown similar stats. as attached

Hi AMX,
I can see from line tests that the line is capped at 350kbps at present. The line is quite stable at the moment so I've submitted an SNR reset which should help retrain the line. The process should start within the next couple of hours so I'll make sure I check back around midday to see how things look. If not I'll see where we can take things next.

FYI, I've just checked and the profile has increased to 750 so it should continue to uplift from there.
