Still waiting for broadband...

So my broadband was ordered and I was told would be live by midnight on the 14th December. My phone line is active but still no broadband. How much longer will I have to wait? And am I paying or will it be derived from my bill?! Is this a common experience with plusnet? We've just moved house and would very much like to get set up so we can get on with things and enjoy Netflix etc over Christmas!! What happened to we'll do you proud?!

So I've just had a warning that I've used 80% of my data. I never get a data warning and it doesn't refresh for two weeks. I'm not using my Christmas holiday on my data! Where are you plusnet? This is pants!!
