Still waiting for broadband activation

How long have people had to wait for broadband activation? I applied for the new package on the 11th may, home phone completed on 14th but broadband still hasn't, it was meant to complete on 26th, then on the 28th (yesterday) but still nothing, I've literally not heard from plusnet since the 14th so not sure what I'm waiting for.  Any help appreciated!

Hi Pryorwelby,
Apologies for the wait, I've manually activated your account as it has completed today, if you've already tried to connect your router prior to today then I would suggest factory resetting your router and you should then be able to get online.
