I can't see anything wrong with those stats at all. Have these been drastically better in the past or do you have any other concerns?

Thanks for responding so quickly. Would it be possible to post a connection graph for the last two weeks? I would like to see how the connection has been.

Hmm, quite unstable then. I might raise a fault in that case. Do you think it would be worth while?

If its causing the speed of your connection I'd say yes, that would be a good idea.
