Static IP set up - is it instant?

Hi,
As above really, if I set up my IP address as being static by paying the £5 fee in the 'add ons' section, is the order processed instantaneously? In other words, if I pay the fee then immediately reboot my router is that it, my IP address is static? Or is there more of a delay than that? If so, how long is the delay?

Hi purenirvana,
Yep, you might need to drop your PPP session for the change to take effect though.
