Static IP lost during house move

Hi there,

I've recently moved to a new address and I see that I seem to have lost my previous static IP address; I need a static IP for web hosting and unfortunately it's a pretty big dealbreaker if I can't use one. I've seen conflicting information about whether static IPs are still available, but it seems like some people have managed to get theirs back by posting here, so I figured I'd do that.

@jimj316 One of the Help Team should be able to sort this for you with little difficulty.

@jimj316

Unless a member of staff picks this up soon I would phone PN Support.

The Static IP can be recovered but the sooner PN know about the problem the better.

And PN Support will say 'no can do'. This needs an experienced PN  staffer to address.

Fix

Hi @jimj316

I've fixed this, if you can reboot your router you'll get your static IP back.
