Static IP and Pro Add On

I got really excited to see that it was a simple click to add Static IP to my account, and more excited to see its a one-off £5 charge - nice. 

I click and all I get is a progress bar on-screen. Nothing appears to happen.

I refresh the page and click again. Again same thing ------- progress bar, but nothing appears to happen. 

PING I get an email. "Your Add On is active" - great I think, it's obviously just a web glitch and the background stuff has worked. However, the email confirms I have added Pro Add On at £5 month ongoing!! arrgggh that's not what I clicked nor what I want.

So back to https://www.plus.net/AddOns.html and I'm now clicking Remove on Pro Add On, but getting the same duff progress bar and no action. 

Meanwhile Static IP is added so it did work. 

HELP - how do I remove the Pro Add On that I don't want?

I think I've fixed this myself, Grabbed the URL from the button

https://www.plus.net/AddOns.html?action=Remove&component_id=59251757&height=200&width=600&modal=true

and edited it down to 

https://www.plus.net/AddOns.html?action=Remove&component_id=59251757

That then gave me a Remove page with a button that worked.

Note for Support: website needs fixing, this was the same on Chrome and Safari
