Hi there, I understand that Plus.Net don't offer Static IP to broadband customers?
Is this correct? Or is it possible to request one if I need one? I could really use a static IP address as I need one ideally for my webcam broadcasting software.
Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,
It's possible to request a static IP on all of our products except for Value.

If I upgrade from Home Surf to Unlimited can I keep the same static IP address?
And would my hosted domain names get transferred automatically?

Hi,
You should be able to keep all of your existing features.
This includes static IPs and hosted domains.
