Stable connections becoming unreliable

Been a while since I've had to post on these forums,
But my broadband connections is becoming more and more unreliable. (feels like im back to when I first got broadband and it use to drop out alot)
When I first was upgraded to a "upto 24mbps" connection my route would connect at around 18mb (moving up and down between 16-20 often) over the past year its got slower and slower down to just 10519kbps at this moment in time with 1227 kbps upstream...
Line Attenuation 24.5 db (13.6 db up)
Noise Margin 15.5 db (6.0 db up)
I think these noise margin and line attenuation is ok but even it im wrong and its bad.. why has it got alot worse over time. I remember it being a good connection back when I knew my stuff.
Now it will regular drop out (more so when heavily in use) e.g. I'm streaming skygo and browing the net heavily and its dropped out 3 times this evening.
Is there anything I can do or plus net can to see what the cause may be?

Your downstream SNR margin at 15 looks like being the problem.
normally ADSL2+ will run at 3db target margin for good lines and 6 for normal/average lines.
If the system sees regular disconnections or other disturbances on the line or a sudden huge spate of them all at once it will raise the target to compensate.
It will go up in stages up to 9, then 12 then 15.
Along with each rise will be an associated drop in the sync speed-----and with it your download speeds as you've been seeing.
So I'm thinking
a) you have some sort of fault on the line either internal or external to the house - and that may include defective other stuff on the line: router/phones etc and may include internal phone house wiring.
b) you have some heavy interference occuring on the line from external sources - industrial units radio frequence noise etc.

You need to go though the std error chekcing proceedure of running the router off the master test socket behind the NTE5 to eliminate all internal house wiring first.

It appears after midnight that you are losing your connection. Is there anything different at this time in your house?
Your SNR margin is currently set at 15, this may be to do with the disconnections that are appearing.
