Split off - Upload uncap please

Same for me. Please can I also have my upload uncapped.
With BE, I used to have a rock solid upload sync speed of >1300kbps with SNR margin of 6db.
Now it is 443kbps with a massive 32db margin. please lower the margin and uncap the sync.
Ps. I posted here as I was unclear how to contact Plusnet tech support online via the Member Centre.

Hi there, i also have slow upload speed between 0.34 & 0.36Mbps, my modem router is showing my line is capable of 1.35Mbps. my download speed is fine @ 16Mbps.http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3212405059

Well, I'm blowed! Just found this thread, and now realize that I needn't have suffered quite so badly with my regular 3.5 hour uploads for each CD that I'm setting up at CreateSpace! I'm wanting to switch to fibre, but although my area (Exeter) is fibre-enabled, my green cabinet still isn't, even though I'm in the city centre.
I'm getting upload speed of just under 400 Kbps, and would appreciate uncapping of my upload speed too! - Thank you.
