Speedtest.net fault

Anyone else had a problem logging in to Speedtest.net. My  email address and password (saved on Firefox) not recognised but has been for months before.

Re: Speedtest.net fault

Did your copy of Firefox update itself to version 7.0 yesterday? No reason to assume so but wondered if this could have any connection with the problem.

Re: Speedtest.net fault

Me too with Firefox 7, there was me thinking I forgotten the password .
Trouble is it doesn't seem possible to make contact with Speedtest as I only get an automated reply.

Re: Speedtest.net fault

Which is curious as Plusnet show my line speed as 6mb. "My broadband speed" agrees with the above test and the BT speedtest also shows around 6.2
A week ago it was showing what you would expect around 5.8. BT speed has been around the odd ip 6501 past couple of weeks.
I was wondering if the past weeks jump is behind the scenes Plusnet tinkering in preparation for the odd ip's? I know JP said Plusnet would simply bump up to the next speed to allow for the odd bit but would it show that. Or would it show the usual speed with the odd bit added behind the scenes as it appears here?
It would certainly make better PR. A "faster" than your connection speed rather than a much slower one.
