Speeds slower than gauranteed

Hi there, I had Plusnet Fibre installed on 12th December and the download speed is reaching a maximum of 36.54mb with nothing else on the network (with a wired connection). With a wireless connection it peaks at 37.1mb. Our guaranteed download speed is 63.1mb. Is there anything Plusnet can do to reach the minimum guaranteed download speed. Thanks.

Try the automated "troubleshoot by text" service, to check whether there is anything obviously wrong, and if that finds no issues then follow the text instructions to have customer support phone you to discuss how to get your problem resolved.
