Speeds no better

So I still have very poor speed even after a visit from an engineer. And they said there was a problem on the line and would be fixed by today at the latest but still getting 4-5 meg down and and .5 up load speeds .hope some one can help

Suggest you post your stats and forum members will give their opinion. However, if there is a fault on the line, this is down to Openreach and  when they say it will be fixed today this is often the Eastern interpretation meaning maybe today, or tomorrow ... depends on engineer availability ...
