Speeds getting lower

I was getting around 4mbps when I joined in January. However whenever I check now the speed is always under 3mbps.
Can I have my extra speed back please.

Diagnostics are showing me the connection is dropping fairly frequently, that will be the reason as to why the speeds have lowered.
