Speeds & Latency issues

Hello!
For a while now we have had good connection. But recently we have had seriously bad connections or download/upload speeds.
My brother who uploads videos on Youtube is having to wait nearly from 2AM to 12PM! Witch means whenever I am up and ready to play games, my brother is lagging me out for hours.. Normally his uploads are finished around 8AM or earlier.
With downloading games, the speed is going so slow that I have to wait for like 3 hours when it should normally take hour or 30min.
While playing online games, I've had issues were I'm playing normally and suddenly I get disconnected without seeing myself lag or anything. Just an instant disconnect!..
Could we have someone check out internet again for any issues?
Very much appreciated!

Re: Speeds & Latency issues

Hi Gimlisk,
I've taken a look at your line and I can't see any issues at all. Your line is error free and the line quality is really, really good.
You've also got one of the most stable lines I've seen in a while Smiley

Re: Speeds & Latency issues

Really weird.. Could you tell me what download speed I should be having? At the moment, I'm only getting 800 KB/s (chrome downloads)
You think it could be Youtube end causing slow uploads then?

Re: Speeds & Latency issues

For downloads, we would expect speeds in the region of 800-830KB/s (Maximum).
It could be the uploads. As you're on 20CN your upload speeds are uncapped which could be causing you issues when your brother is uploading. It might not interest you, but there is Max Premium as an option.
