The Errored Seconds and Loss of Signal counts are obviously garbage - there's almost 10 whole days of Errored Seconds according to the difference in the Errored Seconds counts, but it was less than 3 actual days of time between the two sets of stats, so it's not possible for the Errored Seconds count to be correct.
