Speed terms and conditions estimate

I need to check my terms and conditions regarding the estimated speeds that I can expect for my broadband (not fibre).  I can see the t&c for general plusnet accounts but would like to know where I can find what my estimated speed was originally estimated.  Thank you.

Assuming your speed estimates have changed since you signed up with us, if you still have your welcome e-mail we sent you your estimates should be on there.

Alternatively, if you don’t have your welcome e-mail anymore, depending on how long ago you signed up you should be able to view the e-mail as a service notice from here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/index.html?p=search
