Speed sync speed and estimated speed

Hi.
My sync speed is 37mbps and estimated 72mbps. Is there any reason it is only half of the estimated speed?
Thanks

Yes Smiley Just checked and you were on the 40/10 product so I've placed an upgrade for you, it'll be done tomorrow.

Re: Speed sync speed and estimated speed

Hi, the order's definitely completed and you're showing as being on the 80/20 speeds. Just tweaked your account as well, please let us know if it's still running at the previous speeds?

Re: Speed sync speed and estimated speed

Are you doing this using wireless or via a network cable?

That should match the IP profile shown by the BT diagnostic test. You need to ring them up and ask for it to be corrected.

Hi raviok, just updated your profile as it seems your speed on the BT side is now updated - hope it makes a difference?
