Re: Speed results.

A PPPoE connection would be handy to see if there's a difference in speed between that and the test through your router.

Re: Speed results.

Sorry if you've supplied this elsewhere, but do you have a TBB Monitor?

Re: Speed results.

No, sorry.  My throughput speed is fine it falls within the range (54.21 Mbps-67.76 Mbps).  I bring up my issue because this tester (BTW) is reporting around half of my low range estimate speed. I think that because of this, DLM is going to recieve wrong data and fall in line accordingly and apply what ever it thinks best.. This is why i believe DLM has me on wrong profile or wrong something, my previous ISP was providing bang on 80/20. I have read a number of reports where people have requested  a reset at the cabinet it sure looks like this is what i need.

Re: Speed results.

It's not possible to have a DLM Reset without an engineer make a physical change on the BT Network. Further details can be found here: http://community.plus.net/library/browsing/fttc-dlm-what-it-is-how-it-works/
I've attached your line stats which shows that you're on the correct profile.

Re: Speed results.

It was a good read and made a lot of sense. Can you explain why this test is not accurate on its throughput?

Re: Speed results.

The test can't and doesn't see throughput. The only time we can see what throughput you're getting, is when you run the 'Further Diagnostics' test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com - it'll show us what your profile is and what speeds you achieved. The snapshot that I've shared with you is purely your sync rate.

Re: Speed results.

Here are the results from the PTTR Test (attached).
What speeds do you get via a PPPoE connection?
