Speed profile might be stuck

Hi,

About 10 days ago BTOpenreach were doing work at the cabinet my line comes from and my usual 9-10,000kbps download speed dropped to 2667kbps, my connection has been stable for 6 days and router reports a max obtainable rate at the moment of 9700 but still synced at 2667. Is my profile stuck or do I need to wait a bit longer?

Sorry for the issues you've had Steve.

I've performed an SNR reset now. Could you reboot your router in about 4 hours letting us know how your speed looks?

Router reconnected about same time you posted and speed is now back to normal.
