Hi
I had my broadband was activated today and the line details are as follows
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 8.128
however when I do a speed test I'm only getting 2mb.
Please can someone check my profile is correct.

Given that there may not be any staff on here until Monday can you check two things - BT Speed test - further diagnostics and the Plusnet profile

Basically as you are on ADSL1 20CN exchange either may be stuck
I assume that your exchange isn't 21CN enabled http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing slow speeds.
I have checked your account and can confirm that you are on the correct connection profile. I have also checked your line and your connection profile matches the speeds your line should be getting. Are you testing your speed through a wired connection?
If your speeds are still low then I would suggest that you raise us a fault here: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/bbfaults/
Our Faults team will then be able to investigate further and they'll update you on your account.
