Speed profile again.

Hello..
Had an issue a week or so ago where my profile didn't match what I was syncing at.
Had fibre installed and it's struggling to get over 1-2 mb/s, any chance someone could take a quick look at the profile please?
Cheers,
Ben,

Re: Speed profile again.

Hi there,
Sorry, our bad! We didn't update some account details after your upgrade to fibre, this means the correct speed profile wasn't applied.
Can you test the speeds again and let us know if there's still an issue?
Adam

Re: Speed profile again.

It's now been hard capped at 33mbit for some reason?

Re: Speed profile again.

Hi, the profile hadn't updated correctly. It should be fine now. Let me know if not.

Re: Speed profile again.

Do I need to resync?
It's still hard locked to 33mbit :-/

Whatever the profile was before gave better results..
What should/is the IP profile for the line?
Thanks,
Ben.

Re: Speed profile again.

Is there an issue with the traffic shaping?
I cannot seem to get more than 2mb/s down from any location through HTTP.
Downloaded Ubuntu, 1gb test file from TBB and a 2GB test file from Hostdime.. cannot get anywhere near maxing the connection out at all.

Re: Speed profile again.

Hi krs360,
That's odd - could you be able to try and replicate this issue by completing the BT Speedtester at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com including 'Further Diagnostics'?
