Speed problem in last 2 days.

I have raised a ticket and gone through the troubleshooter, here is some info for those involved. (edited for privacy)
My d/l speed has been at 126KB/s max for the past 2 days instead of 388KB/s max. I've checked everything that is connected and restarted the router twice (leaving it off for a time and restarting through router page) to no avail.

Feel free to post as you like but you'd be better off adding that to the actual ticket as the faults guys picking that up wouldn't be aware of this post. I've added a link to this post on there for you anyway.
