My speed seems stuck at .71 despite having been at 1 + for some time  I would have expected it to be nearer the profile,
Despite floods all around I have found it acceptable for some time  now that  the weather improved and water has declined My speed has gone . Or would this be because I have altered my phone line to Plusnet and unlimited ?  Thank You

Current line speed is stuck and needs increasing to 1.2Mbps

The Current Line Speed does not match the BT IP Profile from the speed test.
It should catch up automatically, but if it doesn't, one of the DCT should be able to give it a nudge for you.

You need to ensure that you keep updating your support ticket as well as posting here. Just keep at Plusnet for an answer and good luck. I'm 4 months into my speed issues!

Yes thank you, after a 1 hour wait on Saturday night ,I have acceptable speed in as far as the i player now just about works.  I would like it a bit faster if possible

We can try a SNR reset on your line that would hopefully give you a bit of a faster connection, it's worth a try if you;re happy for me to do it?
