Speed issues

A bit late to the party, but I think I am being affected by the peak time download speed issue. I have copied the format for posts from a previous thread:
Problem: Download speed has dropped from a consistent 17-18 for the past few months to 10 or less from mid-afternoon until around 2:00 am. Last night it is was so slow I couldn't load the speed test; it kept timing out before I even got to the test button.
First night of problems? Not sure, may be a couple of weeks on and off
Connection type: Wired
Gateway: pptn-ag04

Thanks for the information, would it be possible for you to run through our faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net so we can look further into your line with our suppliers?

Done the fault checker; tbh most of that seemed irrelevant, more connected with constant issues rather than intermittant slow downs.

Appreciate that we just need to dig deeper to see is anything is amiss. I'll get this picked up.
