Re: Speed issues

Hi Weetos,
I've had a look at your account. The speed profile has dropped in reaction to the connection dropping fairly frequently so we'll need to get to the bottom of that particular issue.
I can see a fault ticket is open but you've not answered all the questions, I'd advise going back to https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults to complete the requested info so we can look into that for you.

Re: Speed issues

I did notice a BT van parked by the exchange and the locak junction box over the past few days.  I don't normally loose connection frequently.  Could whatever work they were carrying out have affected my connection?

Re: Speed issues

Hi weetos,
That looks a lot better, speed is set to 7150 on both ours and BTs side so you should be getting top speeds - hope that's the case now Smiley

Re: Speed issues

Yep all seems to be sorted now  Grin
my nestdoor neigbour said there were hevy roadworks taking place right next to the BT juction cabnet not 100 yrds from my house at the weekend, I suspect the noise is what caused my problems
Thanks for the swift action.
