Speed issues since yesterday

Noticed that everything was running slow last night - synching at 19001 down,BT profile 16.7,PN profile 16.7 ...................but speed according to BT Speedtester (and others) between 3.5 and 4.5 Mbps.

A bit better this morning ,back up to ~ 11 Mbps ...but well below what I was getting of 15.5-16.5 Mbps.
Only thing I can think of, is congestion on local exchange; Is there a tool which shows ADSL2+ congestion ? My exchange (SWXUU) is showing AMBER for 20CN

Slowed down to 4.5Mbps last night again -but now I'm getting 15.8Mbps!!!! Has to be congestion somewhere -my 21CN exchange -PN network

- just hope it settles down - it even caused buffering on SkyGo which rarely happens

If nothing else, PN could then confirm your conclusions.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
