Speed issues over the last few days (test data included!)

The last few days speed has dropped from a normal 3/4 mb to last night 74k. Couldn't even stream the Archers !
I can't access the test socket so here are the results not using the test socket. But I've never had a slow down like this before. test results attached as jpg
The tests were done this morning at around 7am surprise surprise they are a lot better than last night!

Hi David,
If you see that happen again tonight can you try rebooting your router.

Will do. Tho I tried that last night and didn't get any improvement.

It's quite possibly related to this, so I'd keep an eye out there for any updates.
