Speed issues AGAIN

Hi plusnet, i had speed issues with you in the past and this has been sorted since i upgraded with you. now as you can see there back. My speed has HALVED in a month. Why is this please

Unfortunately I can't access those images to see what speeds they show. However testing your line isn't showing any problems at all. Are you testing over a wired or wireless connection? Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect and see what speeds you're seeing then.
