Hi
I hope someone can help. On Thursday I moved my master socket. Since moving my speed had fell from high teens to less than one meg. I have replaced the master socket but it has made no difference.
I hope you can help, thanks.

Haven't even got a home phone in the house, don't use one. Will get one tomorrow to test! What should I be looking out for?

You need to plug a corded phone into the master socket on its own and see if you have a working phone line.

Your connection is currently on a banded profile which is why your speeds are so poor. This will probably be due to the drops shown below
I've done a reset which has increased the speeds but I'd recommend keeping a eye on it.

Just back home and I'm getting 13MBPs on wireless, thanks for the help.
Can I ask what causes the connection to go to a banded status?
