Speed fault ticket in limbo?

Raised a speed fault ticket last Friday (Question #240554569) and the last entry is Monday 08:39 where the "Plusnet Robot - OSS - Automation use only" replied  "Speed Fault Ticket does not contain MGAL, please review.".

Since then, the ticket hasn't moved.

Can someone give it nudge?

Hi.

Yes looking ok now.

For some reason, the ticket updated but I didn't get an email notification.

Just checked settings...
