I seem to be having a little speed problem and I would appreciate someone looking into it.
My speed has been dropping the last few days and I also noticed that the router has been disconnecting, the last time was 12 hours ago.
I am plugged into the test socket already and have replaced the filter as well.
A few minuted ago I disconnected via the router interface but not the actual router.
My speed has been up about 7.5 Mbps usually, but now it fluctuates between 3 and 5 Mbps. I have attached a copy of the BTSpeedtest.
Thank you for any help or advice.

Hi Matthew
I thought that maybe I would get a faster reply from someone on this forum. I was just covering both bases
Any chance of you just checking if my line has been dropping a lot?
Thanks

It doesn't look particularly bad from the below graph.

Our suppliers systems are playing up at the moment so I can't see if you've had any quick resyncs not shown
It may just need a reset to get that sorted which I'm doing now
Hopefully you should see a increase before the day is over
