Speed drops again

The past 2 days my connections dropped from 13 meg to the above speed and my pings gone back up from 15 to 31.
Getting sick of these random speed drops now

Can someone please look into my connection again because this is the second time this year where my connections randomly dropped well below what I should be getting. Ive uploaded a screen of my profile speed which clearly shows a huge drop but for what reason this time
