Speed dropping over a couple of weeks.

I was getting around 4mbps when I joined in January. However whenever I check now the speed is always under 3mbps.
Can I have my extra speed back please.

Something had caused the noise margin on your line to increase to 15db, this happens to try and make the line more stable. As we're not seeing a lot of disconnections now I've reset that and you should see an improvement in speed shortly.

Many thanks.  My speed has gone up from 2.83 to 3.25 today.  I hope that I shall soon get back to the 4mbps.
