Speed dropped

I'm not entirely sure when the speed dropped, something like 3 or 4 days ago.
I use to get over 8 Mbps and now I am getting 1 Mbps
There were issues with noise on the line but that seems to have sorted itself out.
My router BiPAC 7800N reports the following:
Upstream                              1075
Downstream                        9003
SNR Margin(Upstream)         5.4
SNR Margin(Downstream) 5.3
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 23.5
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 41.0
BT Wholesale test:
Download 1.07 Mbps
Upload 0.9 Mbps
Latency 34.50 ms

Give me 5 minutes, you might lose connection briefly.

Everything looks fine from our side. Can you log in to the router and disconnect/reconnect and see what the speeds are like.

Upload    0.92 Mbps
