Are you by chance on a fixed IP address?
It is possible that your line profile has yet to update. What speed does your router report?
@Gandalf / @MatthewWheeler - does this user's IP profile require a nudge please?

Working but i dont know what speeds i should be getting. Conflicting results.
btwholesale test:
Download Speed (Mbps): 57.76
Upload Speed (Mbps): 8.63
Ping Latency (ms): 32.88
thinkbroadband test:
Download Speed (Mbps): 36.5
Upload Speed (Mbps): 4.6
Ping Latency (ms): 56
I did a btwholesale test last night & download speed was 70Mbps. Netmeter is maxing at 4.60MB/s download & 1.19 MB/s upload, am quite happy with these

Those speeds are looking a lot better!
Though for your package you shouldn't be able to achieve more than 40mbps so it looks like the wholesale speedtester isn't giving you an accurate reading. What do your speeds look like at www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest?
