hi, My broadband speed dropped from 14 mpbs to 1 mbps since last week. i have tried all troubleshooting e.g.changing microfilters, restarting router, checking telephone line etc, but still same issue. I added AddOn to get Priviledge connection, but same issue with speed. tried calling plusnet support several times but no responses after waiting for more than 15 minutes. Can someone help please? Hi there, From everything I can see you should be getting the higher speed still, your line is connected at around 18Mbps and the profile is correct at 16Mbps. Can you let me know if you're still having issues?
