Speed droped to 100 kb/s from 800 kb/s

Hello, I'm new to Plusnet. I is only my first week with Plusnet (Had to wait more than 2 weeks till I got everything set up for usage) and I have Extra plan. So I have 60 GB of usage, I have just used 6 GB (Well a bit more in free usage overnight) but my speed suddenly dropped down to 100 kb/s. I read that in first 10 days it can happen, but the speed is the same for 2 days now, shouldn't it be higher? I also checked the BT speedtester thingy and these are the results I got:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 878 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :8128 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 7150 Kbps
Should I just try and surf with 100 kb/s or is there some mistake?..
Thanks,
Laimonas

Re: Speed droped to 100 kb/s from 800 kb/s

Check what it says as Current line speed in the Member Centre here. That value should be 7150kbps to match your BT IP Profile, but is probably much lower.
Have you recently had a sync at a speed much lower than the current one?
If Current line speed is not 7150 give the CSC a ring, they can correct it for you.

Customer Support Centre (CSC) 0114-296-5198, tell them your PlusNet Profile doesn't match your BT IP Profile, your BT one is 7150 and your PlusNet one is 1000.
They should be able to reset your PlusNet one there and then.
