Speed drop

My speeds have dropped dramaticaly in the last few months.

Have you had connection troubles recently? Can you rerun the BT speed test, click on Further Diagnostics and post the results?
Out of interest, are you in Milton Keynes?

Sorry to hear about that, I can see that you've raised a fault which is exactly what we'd recommend at this stage. FYI it looks like some of the steps of the fault checker still need filling in so I'd advise heading back to http://faults.plus.net to do that.
